Delivery and Returns Policy
What happens after I purchase a product?
Once you have placed an order on our website you will receive an email confirming your order has been accepted. For orders placed before 1pm, we will process your order and organise your shipping within 5 working days. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. All orders will be delivered by Royal Mail.

What is the delivery cost?
All UK orders at £100 and over are eligible for FREE shipping. All UK orders under £100 have a shipping charge of £3.99 (unless otherwise stated, for example as part of a promotional offer).

Where can we ship to?
Currently we only ship to the United Kingdom.

Can I return an item?
We understand that at times you may need to return product(s). If you need to make a return, in the first instance please email us at hello@lumerabeauty.co.uk with the return reason so that we can arrange this for you. Here are some common reasons for returns and the terms that we apply:
Shipping errors
If we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product, we will apologise and put right at our expense as soon as possible.
If you have changed your mind?
Any unused, unopened product may be returned in line with the following:

A return request email has been sent by the customer

The product and the packaging is in its original condition for a full refund of the product price

We would expect you to bear the cost of returning the item

A refund will be issued once the product has been received and checked

We limit this to 14 days from receipt of order

We do not allow returns of any opened or damaged products including their packaging. If a seal is broken we deem this as opened. This includes if you have had a reaction to a product.

How do I request a return?
Returns must be requested by emailing hello@lumerabeauty.co.uk . Please do not send the product back without contacting us first! When returning an item please do so with the original packaging to ensure that the product is not damaged on its return journey. Please also ensure you get proof of delivery, either by receipt or a tracking reference.

If you have received a free gift and you are requesting a refund which means that the value will no longer qualify for a free gift - this will need to be returned. If it is not returned then the price of the gift will be deducted from any refund.
